Below are my Terms of Service for commissioning/having any of my art or designs, as well as what each commission type will have
art/design TOS
Credit must be given if you use my art in posts or blogs. A Toyhou.se is recommended to have if commissioning character art, but not required. If commissioning a custom character, a Toyhou.se will be required.Unless commissioned for commercial use, you cannot reproduce my art for any product with intent to gain profit. doing so will result in immediate blacklist.
refunds
Refunds can be given if requested. Depending on how much of the commission is complete, a partial or full refund may be issued. If I am nearly finished with the piece, a refund will not be given. A down payment of 20% is required for anything beyond a sketch. You can pay all in full initially if you like. Full payment is required once the sketch is approved.If I have to stop a commission due to personal issues, a full refund will be given. This can include, but is not limited to: becoming sick, too busy with personal life, and drastic events in my personal life. I am not obligated to say what happened if I do have to stop a commission.If I have to stop a commission due to the behavior/actions of the client, a partial or no refund will be given, depending on how much was completed and/or what the client did. The client may also be blacklisted.
